It would be easy to only share the glowing reviews. But we felt that wouldn’t give you an honest picture of who we really are. By openly sharing critical feedback alongside our plans for improvement, we hope to show our sincerity and our commitment to growing. We’re still finding our way — and because of that, we want to be honest.

I’ve been a regular for about a year, but this time I didn’t request a specific staff member. The result looked different from the sample, there was gel overflow, and the appointment ran over time. I hope to see improvements.
We are truly sorry for giving a long-time regular this kind of experience.
The gap from the sample design, the gel overflow, and the time overrun — none of these should have happened. It’s our responsibility to deliver the same quality regardless of which staff member handles your appointment. This review reminded us that consistent standards across all staff is something we still need to build.
What we’re working on:
- Carefully confirming the design with clients before the appointment to align expectations on the final result
- Implementing a two-step gel overflow check — once during and once after the service
- Increasing skill-sharing and practice sessions among staff so quality remains consistent regardless of who you’re with
- Improving time estimates so that every appointment is completed within the scheduled slot
Our Focus for June
Based on the May feedback, here’s what we’re prioritizing in June:
- Precision: Raising the bar on reproducing designs exactly as shown
- Consistency: Building a system where quality doesn’t vary by staff member
- Time management: Completing every appointment within its scheduled time
- Communication: Thorough design confirmation before and during each service
From the smile that greets you when you walk through the door, to the moment you look at your nails and think “I love these” — we’re committed to every part of that experience, without compromise. We carry the one critical review with the same care as the twenty that made us smile.
