Hello from NA nail salon.
We’d like to share an honest roundup of the reviews we received this month.
It would be easy to only highlight the glowing feedback. But that wouldn’t show you the real picture of who we are. April brought us a beautiful set of results — and precisely because of that, we want to keep facing each review carefully, so we don’t slip into complacency.
📊 April 2026 Customer Reviews
- Total reviews: 22
- Average rating: ★5.0
- Atmosphere: ★5.0
- Service: ★5.0
- Technique & results: ★5.0
- Menu & pricing: ★5.0
This month, all 22 reviews came in at ★5 — the first time since we opened that every review has been a perfect score. We’re genuinely grateful, but we also keep asking ourselves: were there guests who didn’t leave a review because their experience was “fine, but not quite there”? That voice deserves to be remembered too.
Words That Warmed Our Hearts
Marimo (Female, Early 40s) ★5
“I asked for a design with cherry blossom art this time. The artistry was genius! Pink and white nails for the new fiscal year felt so soft and gentle, and people around me have been giving compliments. I also love the pearl design that looks like a necklace. The salon is popular and customers come in non-stop, but the atmosphere inside is calm — that’s a relief. Even when they’re busy, the nail artists all greet you with a smile, which is reassuring.”
“Genius” — thank you so much. At the start of a new fiscal year, soft pink-and-white nails being complimented by people around you — beautiful nails that travel beyond the salon — that’s exactly what we strive for.
Haku (Female, Late 20s) ★5
“I’ve tried several salons but I’ve settled here. The price is reasonable, but the finish is so beautiful that I’m thoroughly satisfied every visit. The flat-rate designs include many cute options, and they accommodate bring-your-own designs flexibly too. The color range is incredibly wide, and they let you swatch several before deciding — I always leave feeling certain about my choice. They check in throughout the appointment to make sure nothing hurts, so I feel safe in their hands. Honestly, the satisfaction goes beyond what you pay.”
“I’ve settled here” means the world to us. Balancing price and quality is something we care about deeply. Hearing “beyond what you pay” gives us motivation to keep building, one careful detail at a time.
Pi (Female, Late 20s) ★5
“I was being indecisive about the design again, and they kept suggesting ‘how about this?’ until we found something I loved. The result was super cute. Thank you as always — see you next month!”
The “I can’t decide” moments are part of what makes nails fun. Rather than just hesitating, we want the process of finding the right design to be enjoyable in itself. We’ll keep widening our palette of suggestions.
Manun (Female, Early 20s) ★5
“First-time visit! There’s such a wide variety of parts and colors that you can really achieve your ideal nail. The price is also so reasonable for this quality — almost too good. Highly recommended for anyone who loves glossy gel nails. I’ve been searching for a regular salon, and I think this might be the one!”
Hearing “this might be the one” on a first visit means everything to us. Choosing a salon is a meaningful decision, and we want every guest who chooses us to leave thinking, “I’m so glad I came.” We’ll keep that beginner’s heart with us every visit.
N (Female, Late 30s) ★5
“They did a design that matched my nail artist’s nails — so cute and well done, I’m thrilled! Every time the nails turn out lovely, so I always look forward to coming. See you next time 😊”
“Matching with the artist” — a one-of-a-kind design that emerges naturally from a single conversation. Not a rote service, but nails born out of the time spent with each guest — that’s what we want to keep treasuring.
Our Homework Behind 22 Five-Star Reviews
This month: zero ★3 or below — and zero ★4. Every review was ★5. By rights, we should be celebrating without reservation. But we want to use this moment to tighten our focus, not loosen it.
Remembering the guests who didn’t leave a review
Reviews come from a small fraction of our guests. Among the ones who didn’t leave a review, perhaps someone thought, “It was fine, but I won’t be coming back.” A statistical ★5.0 doesn’t include that voice.
What we’re working on:
- Catching the small signals during a visit that we might miss (expressions, pauses, brief responses)
- Checking that our “see you next time” isn’t just an assumption on our part
The “almost more” hidden inside short reviews
This month we received many short reviews — sometimes just “thank you very much!” These guests were satisfied, of course. But if there had been a stronger urge to write, perhaps another line, another sentence might have followed.
What we’re working on:
- Building one moment per appointment that guests want to talk about after they leave
- Turning the color-selection or art process itself into something more memorable
Our Focus for May
Receiving 22 perfect scores, here’s what we’re focusing on in May:
- Keeping a beginner’s heart inside perfect scores: Choosing each appointment freshly for “this guest, today” — not as “the usual”
- Listening to the unspoken voice: Reading expressions, silences, and brief responses for the discomfort guests don’t put into words
- Engineering the “talk-about-it” moment: A flourish in color selection, a process moment in the art, a parting word — one thing every visit that lingers in memory
We’re not setting “another all-★5 month” as a goal. We’d rather ask ourselves daily: did each guest leave wanting — on their own — to write about us?
Closing
A heartfelt thank you to every customer who visited us in April. Your 22 reviews are something we’ll carry with us.
If you leave us a review, it encourages us and helps us understand where we can improve. The opinion that says “this could have been better” is exactly the one we need to grow. Please, don’t hold back.
