March was our most reviewed month yet, with 43 reviews. Zero ★3 or below, and 39 were ★5. The numbers made us genuinely happy — but we still read each review with the same care.
Words That Warmed Our Hearts

“They always check whether the removal feels too hot. They also bring out several color options and let you swatch them, so the result matches your vision. Being able to step away from the lamp light to check how the color looks in everyday lighting was really helpful. This was by far the most attentive service I’ve received at any salon. This month had zero ★3 or below, which we’re genuinely grateful for. But we had 4 reviews at ★4, and while the written comments were all positive, we believe the difference between ★4 and ★5 is worth reflecting on.

“They thought through the color and parts changes together with me and checked in throughout. I’m so happy with the design — especially considering it’s a flat-rate course.”
The words are warm and appreciative. Yet atmosphere, service, and technique all came in at ★4. The satisfaction was there — but the “wow” moment may not have been. Something to think about.

- Moving from “satisfying” to “memorable” through one extra thoughtful gesture
- Deeper consultations to uncover what the client hasn’t yet put into words

“There were so many colors to choose from — picking was fun! The drinks and snacks were a nice touch, and the staff was easy to talk to. A lovely time overall.”
We’re glad it was enjoyable! Still, a ★4 overall suggests it was “good” but stopped short of “unforgettable.” Color selection, drinks, conversation — all solid. But is there one thing we could do to make it truly stick in memory?

- Making the farewell moment count — a warm, genuine send-off
Our Focus for April
Taking March’s feedback to heart, here’s what we’re focusing on in April:
- From satisfied to delighted: Revisiting the small details that turn a ★4 into a ★5
- Deeper consultations: Getting better at hearing what clients want but haven’t said yet
- The goodbye moment: Being intentional about the last impression — the words and warmth as guests leave
We’re not aiming for “reliably good.” We want every guest to leave thinking: “I have to come back.” One review at a time, one visit at a time — we keep moving forward.
