It would be easy to only share the glowing reviews. But we felt that wouldn’t give you an honest picture of who we really are. By openly sharing critical feedback alongside our plans for improvement, we hope to show our sincerity and our commitment to growing. We’re still finding our way — and because of that, we want to be honest.

Miyu gave us ★5 for service, but ★3 for atmosphere.
We take this to mean that the physical space — the comfort and ambiance of the salon — still needs work. We apologize that even though the service met expectations, the atmosphere left something to be desired.
What we’re working on:
- To help you relax more fully, we’ll be introducing a seasonal playlist and warm, eye-friendly lighting
- We’ll also be adding more thoughtful touches during your wait, such as offering drinks

The written comment was positive, but the overall rating was ★3. We take this to mean that while the designs met expectations, something else fell short.
The gap between the words and the rating tells us something important: “something was missing.” Whether it was the consultation, the communication during the appointment, or the overall quality of the experience — there’s still a lot we can polish.
What we’re working on:

- More frequent check-ins and communication during the service

Our Focus for March
Based on the February feedback, here’s what we’re prioritizing in March:
- Ambiance: Improving the atmosphere (music, lighting, scent)
- Deeper service: Stronger consultations and in-appointment communication
- Overall experience: Creating a space and time that makes clients want to return
